		<description>Too bad all this advice wasn't being reported this much when sub-prime loans were being handed out like yesterdays meatloaf.   I blame the mortgage companies for NOT telling consumers the whole truth about these loans.  The companies were just out to butter their own bread without one thought to the consumer who were the targets of these rip-off loans.  Some of these mortgage companies are now paying the price for their greed!  How do they like it?  And can YOU believe that some mortgage companies are STILL advertising these loans?  You know the saying "Fool me once...."</description>
